Loving kindness is giving others Happiness. 

Compassion is removing others Bitterness. Joy is freeing others from suffering . 

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming -- WOW -- What a Ride!!! 

Q. What’s your favorite indoor/outdoor activity?
Indoor: Martial art, treadmill, swimming and weight lifting. 
Outdoor: walking, swimming and gardening

Q.What chore do you absolutely love to do?
Cooking a healthy food for my kids

Walking, martial art and swimming.

Q. What is your favorite time of day/day of the week/month of the year?
Every minutes of my life. with a positive mind.

In 5 years I will be one of the top managing agents at Century 21. 
In 10 years I want to volunteer to coach upcoming business women.

I would like to learn to play an instrument.

Donate to the children, women and animals shelter/hospital. Help those who need the most.

Think of what I should do to help others for not suffering.

With family last night and friend Anna Maria.

Family dinners with my parents.
