Fashion Show 2015 - Contra Costa Network

Women's Council of REALTORS Network Contra Costa held its annual Fashion Show on March 12, 2015.

I arrived at the Roundhill Country Club in Alamo, Ca around 10:45am. The invitation had said 11am-2pm so I was not sure if it actually started at 11am. Registration opened at 11am. I saw my friends from the Delta Chapter.  That is always the best part of Women's Council, you have friends all over California.

Delta Chapter will be having their Fashion Show on April 10, 2015 in the evening. I am definitely going to theirs!

Raffle tickets were being sold. One sheet for $20 and $30 for two, I got two!

Chinese raffle tickets from Amazon, SO SMART!

One of the items being raffled were the centerpieces at some of the table. My favorite one was the PARIS and the Eiffel Tower.

Everyone with a raffle ticket was entered in for the door prize of an iPad Air 2. This was also a sneak peek at our dessert of cupcakes.

Then there was the LIVE AUCTION. They had a real auctioneer running this and it got pretty intense with some of the items.

We started to go inside around 11:40am. The runway was lower than ours back in 2008.

It was fun to walk around and see the different centerpieces and the table settings. You could feel the build up of excitement.

The finale was quite touching with the song "Proud To Be An American" and United States flags.

The pulling of the tickets happend behind the scene and then the numbers were posted outside the ballroom. I liked this!

Final thoughts: I thoroughly enjoyed the program! The fashions were great. And while I did not know many of the models or the attendees in the audience, I definitely knew I was at a "Real Estate" event.

Our friends in the Delta network started planning their Fashion Show in January and their show will be on April 10. It is a Friday night so I expect it to be quite festive!
